TomTom WORK gains BusinessCar Award for the second year

London – January 26th, 2010: TomTom WORK has been voted the UK's top telematics provider by the readers of BusinessCar magazine for the second year in a row. The award reflects the expansion of the product offering from the company and its commitment to delivering to car and mixed fleets a cost effective, practical and marketing leading vehicle tracking and connected navigation solution for fleets of all sizes.

We are delighted to receive this award for the second yea, said TomTom WORK UK sales manager Jeremy Gould. It is particularly pleasing that the award is voted for by the readers of BusinessCar, in other words the people at the sharp end, and they have the most accurate judgment of a product or servic.

TomTom WORK has maintained its innovative approach to delivering added value to business by introducing a range of new products and services to reinforce its position as Europe's leading telematics provider, with developments such as the new GO 9000 Compact device which is completely unique in the market as a fully operational plug and play tracking device with satellite navigation and 2 way communication capability. Also, innovations in WEBFLEET vehicle management software offer at a glance KPI reporting through the new WEBFLEET dashboard.

TomTom WORK has an increasingly important presence in the business car arena, and its popularity with vehicle operators is illustrated by the industry voting it as the top telematics provide, said BusinessCar editor Paul Barker. The strong brand presence is backed up by a great array of products designed to make life easier for business car operators, so it's a well deserved triumph
