TomTom acquires Spanish leader in Fleet Management Solutions

TomTom today announces the acquisition of Coordina (Gestion Electronica Logistica, S.L.), the Spanish market leader in Fleet Management Solutions, based in Barcelona.
TomTom Business Solutions, the European market leader of Fleet Management Solutions, reinforces its position as Europe’s fastest growing provider of fleet management services, delivered as a web based “Software as a Service” (SaaS).

By adding 27,000 subscriptions from Coordina, TomTom Business Solutions will reach an active installed base of more than 300,000 vehicles which services 25,000 customers, the largest customer base in the industry.
