I have been part of Webfleet for more than six years. Initially, I was the sole marketing representative in my area. The organisation has always been fast-paced, with numerous changes and challenges, but the team has consistently aimed to excel. I am now fortunate to lead a team comprising two other outstanding UK marketing professionals.

Starting in 2015, my Webfleet journey began as a TomTom Telematics customer in Belfast, Northern Ireland. I then joined our channel partner Simplicity Group, to look after our customers across Ireland and the UK. After emigrating to Australia, I now lead the Webfleet team in ANZ. I love the continuous evolution of our product portfolio and can't wait to see the impact we can have on our customers as Bridgestone Mobility Solutions!

It’s amazing how small events can result in unexpected turns. In 2016, while working at TomTom Automotive, I gave a speech titled Perfect storm at the TomTom Management Days about fundamental changes in the automotive industry. Soon thereafter, I was asked to be a guest speaker at the TomTom Telematics annual sales event. I never imagined that four years later this would bring me to leading this company, which was rebranded as Webfleet and is now part of Bridgestone.

Today, as we celebrate the 25^th anniversary of our brand Webfleet, I am incredibly proud to be part of this journey with great opportunities and a bright future ahead of us. Every day, I work with a fantastic team, building great products and solutions and delivering true value to our customers.

As President of Fleet Management Solutions at Bridgestone, my goal with the team is to grow the Webfleet business further and move the world towards a sustainable future with data-driven mobility solutions.

My story at Webfleet Mexico begins in February 2018. I started as a sales assistant intern. Then in 2019, I moved into a full-time position in sales support. A few years later, in 2022, my role changed to Sr. Sales Support and now in 2024, I’m Team Lead for administration in Mexico. So, I can say that Webfleet is my professional home, because I have been growing here. I’m so enthusiastic to see how this company is going to continue creating changes in the telematics industry.

This year marks the 25th anniversary of Webfleet products being introduced to the market. What a journey it has been since I've joined the company. I have had the privilege to lead and witness numerous significant Data driven product launches. Here are some of my personal highlights:

I represented Bridgestone Mobility Solutions, including the Webfleet brand, at a conference on the EU Data Act, which was hosted by the European Parliament. At the event, I discussed how connected vehicle data sharing across companies is essential to deliver benefits for the entire mobility ecosystem. Now, more than ever, legislation and skepticism around data sharing must change to boost and accelerate the transformation toward a sustaining and safer society.
Together with my dedicated team, I had the honour of pioneering data innovation and launching various product portfolios, including Bridgestone Road Conditions, a solution portfolio that leverages vehicle data for safer roads and AI-driven fleet insights.

I am proud to be part of a company that fosters a diverse and innovative environment, making us stronger together.

I started at Webfleet 15 years ago on a maternity leave cover. This soon became a permanent role, and it has always been a super busy one as I support a very hard-working sales and marketing team in the best region: UKI! I have learned so much and grown each year in this role. Webfleet WILL be #1 in connected trucks, sustainability, and driver support - just watch this space!

What a journey it has been so far! And what a thrilling future lies ahead. 2015: Vehicle data for fuel optimisation, eco-driving and driver coaching

Webfleet launches OptiDrive, a complete approach to help drivers continuously improve performance. Fleet managers get valuable insights to help coach drivers. Drivers get direct feedback and predictive driving advice.
